Every purchase is protected
If an item you purchase doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, you're covered. Raise a dispute within 3 days of delivery and our team will review and issue a refund if appropriate.

Avoiding scams

⚠️Pressure to pay via bank transfer or gift cards

⚠️Listings with vague descriptions or stock photos

Rental safety
📸Owners must photograph the item before dispatch — this is your evidence baseline
📦Use tracked postage for all rental shipments
🔒Deposits are held securely by NearWear — not transferred to the owner until inspection
⏰Your rental timer starts when you confirm delivery — shipping delays don't eat into your rental days
✅Return with tracking — the carrier scan is proof of on-time return

You can report the following directly from any listing or profile:

Listings that violate these rules will be removed. Repeat offenders will be permanently banned. NearWear may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
